1.3. SECURITY DEPOSIT

Security deposit 500 USD to be deposited on arrival in cash. This is to cover the cost of any damage or breakage's during the rental period, and will be reimbursed at time of departure less any such costs. The Guest is responsible for all damages which exceed the deposit amount.

1.1  PAYMENT & DEPOSIT POLICIES

To secure the booking, a 50% Reservation Deposit is due within five days of confirmation of booking.

The balance payment must be fully settled 60 nights prior to check in date.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS

For cancellation or amendments, reservations ([email protected]) must be notified in writing. The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received.

Amendments are subject to availability and are US$100 per change. If a change is to a higher season, the difference in rate will also be applied

1.2  CANCELLATION

Non-payment of the Reservation deposit for securing the booking or non-payment of the balance rent on due dates will be considered as a cancellation.

"If guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation prior to sixty (60) nights before the Check-In Date, the Reservation Deposit will be refunded in full minus a $100 service charge. No cancellations will be permitted less than sixty (60) nights prior to the Check-In Date."

Please note there is no Cancellation for Peak period bookings (Dec 22nd to Jan 4th) 

* Early departure, whether immediately on arrival or later during the dates of stay, will be considered a cancellation and all funds will be forfeited.

1.3 INDEMNITY & LIABILITY:

We strongly recommend that the entire party is covered by comprehensive travel insurance to cover: Cancellation, flight delays, loss and damage to baggage and belongings, health insurance including evacuation and repatriation coverage.

1.4 HOUSE RULES:

No excessive noise or late night disturbances

Smoking:  Allowed only in courtyard or grounds, 

Only booked guests may reside at the property

Children are the responsibility of their parents

No Events or parties without owner's approval
